Submit a request under Florida’s public records law (Chapter 119).
Under Florida’s public records law (Florida Statutes, Chapter 119), most records created or received by the Town of White Springs are available for public inspection and copying. There is no requirement to explain why you are requesting the records.

- Include a clear description of the records you are seeking.
- Copies may be subject to fees as permitted by Florida law — typically $0.15 per one-sided copy and $0.20 per two-sided copy.
- Email addresses sent to the Town are themselves public records under Florida law.
