Council-Manager Government
White Springs operates under a Council-Manager form of government. The Town Council serves as the legislative body — setting policy, adopting the annual budget, and voting on legislative and quasi-judicial matters. All council seats are elected at-large, representing the town as a whole rather than individual districts. Day-to-day operations are handled by the Town Manager.
