DESCRIPTION:NorthStar Family Resource Center (NSFRC) invites community members\, families\, service providers\, faith-based organizations\, first responders\, educators\, and local leaders to a Community Vigil for Opioid Awareness and Support. \nThe vigil will raise awareness about substance misuse\, honor lives lost to overdose\, and promote hope\, recovery\, and prevention resources within our community. \nPurpose of the Vigil\n\nIncrease community awareness about opioid and other substance use and overdose prevention\nProvide education and access to local prevention and recovery resources\nSupport families and individuals affected by addiction\nPromote collaboration among community partners\nEncourage healing\, remembrance\, and hope\n\nWays to Participate\nOrganizations and community groups are welcome to host an informational resource table\, share educational materials or recovery resources\, offer brief remarks\, sponsor candles or refreshments\, or volunteer to help with event coordination. \nVendor / Partner Registration: Complete the registration form \nHosted by: NorthStar Family Resource Center (NSFRC)\, a program of Partnership for Strong Families\, Inc.\n255 NE Coach Anders Lane\, Lake City\, FL 32055
